You ask your spectator to go with you on a journey of generosity. You take out a gift card envelope with a gift card inside and you place it aside in full view explaining that earlier that day you purchased a gift card for a friend. A stack of 5 gift cards are taken out and given to your spectator to shuffle face down. Each one of them are completely different. They pick someone in their mind and they place a value on the gift card in this imaginary journey. The gift cards are dealt into their hands or on the table one at a time. They call out stop wherever they want. The other cards are turned over to show they could have stopped anywhere and gotten a totally different outcome. When they turn theirs over, it is seen to MATCH 100 PERCENT with the card YOU placed in the gift card envelope from the beginning. As a finale kick in the teeth, the person they thought of and the value they freely named is seen written on the back of the gift card envelope...addressed FROM THEM PERSONALLY!!
