Alex Linian takes the stage this month to share some of his incredible card magic. Originally from Peru, Alex’s journey with Vanishing Inc. began all the way back in 2009 with his handling of the One-Hand Top Palm. In the years since, his reputation has gone global, earning him a spot on Penn & Teller: Fool Us, becoming a house magician at the prestigious Chicago Magic Lounge, and even having magic he created used by David Blaine.

GOAT Opener
One at a time, you use the Jokers to find the four Aces. Once all four Aces are found, you put the deck away, and the Jokers visually switch places with the Aces!
Queens
A two-phase Sandwich routine where a selected card appears between the two Queens. But just when you thought you knew where this was going, the two Queens are lost in the pack and reappear on either side of the selected card.

Ambitious Color
After showing a paperclipped blue card, Alex performs a visual Ambitious Card routine with a red deck. The big twist is that in the end, the signed selection from the Ambitious Card routine becomes the folded paperclipped card!
The Paperclip Mystery
A folded piece of paper that’s been on the table the entire time becomes the spectator's signed card.
Torn and Restored Card
An incredibly clean handling of the Torn and Restored Card done in your participant’s hands.
The Prediction Miracle
You start by predicting the exact card that your participant will cut to. They sign their card, but then you repeat the effect - this time in reverse. Their signed card is lost back in the pack, but when they unfold the prediction once again, it’s now their signed card.
Delayed Fold
This is Alex’s version of folded Card to Wallet. Even if you don’t have a magic wallet, this is an incredibly clean way of making a chosen card appear in an impossible location.
